All purchases made through egartist.com are final. Due to the limited-edition, collectible, handmade, serialized, signed, and personalized nature of our artwork, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds.

Every piece requires a significant amount of time, hands-on work, care, and emotion to create, prepare, and package. Please carefully review all product descriptions, images, dimensions, and order information before completing your purchase.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
